Our patient came to us because she was tired of her worn and discolored smile. She suffered from tetracycline staining of her permanent teeth as a young adult. The previous dentist performed composite bonding to try to mask the underlying stain but the color was still evident in her smile. We performed a cosmetic makeover using 10 ultrathin porcelain veneers to restore a more youthful and brilliant smile. With porcelain veneers, the color stability is excellent over time. Her new teeth will never stain and her old color with never show through again!

Because she had a very large space with 4 missing teeth in her lower jaw. She was completely unable to eat on that side of her mouth. A removable prosthesis was out of the question, she wanted something permanent. We placed 2 implants in the space and fabricated a 4-unit porcelain bridge. The bridge is extremely strong, non-removable, and should last her the rest of her life. We accomplished this with local anesthesia only and her downtime was minimal – she was back to work the following day.

Because she was tired of having a hole in her mouth. Food was getting caught in the hole and she was having difficulty chewing on that side. She wanted the tooth replaced but didn’t want something removable. She also did not want to negatively affect the adjacent teeth. We placed a dental implant for her missing molar and secured it with a new crown.

This patient came to us because she was tired of her old loose denture. She was unhappy because she wasn’t able to enjoy healthy foods anymore, everything had to be soft. When she tried eating fruits or salads her denture would fall out. She tried using adhesive but nothing helped.
We placed 6 upper implants for her and made her a new custom denture with implant snaps. She’s come back to us since to let us know she could finally eat again. She told me for the first time in 15 ...

This patient came to us because he was tired of his worn short teeth. When smiling he showed minimal tooth display due to a history of bruxism (tooth grinding). Our goal for his treatment was to re-establish the original length of his teeth without giving him bulky or unnatural looking teeth. We were able to accomplish this by using ultra-thin porcelain veneers on the front teeth and porcelain crowns on the back teeth. For this patient the result was a natural subtle change and a beautiful smile!

This patient came to us because he was tired of his worn and discolored teeth. He had previously tried whitening and bonding but remained unhappy with his smile. We were able to accomplish a complete cosmetic makeover using ultrathin porcelain veneers to restore a more brilliant smile.

Our patient was unhappy with her crowded and discolored smile. We chose the clear alternative to braces and decided on Invisalign. She was thrilled to learn she could whiten her teeth at the same time during Invisalign treatment. Upon completion of Invisalign, she was rewarded with not only a straighter smile, but a much brighter one!

Our patient came to us because she was tired of her chipped teeth and discolored smile. Her previous attempts to whiten with over the counter products were unsuccessful. For her case, a porcelain makeover was a great option that would address both her issues. Using ultrathin porcelain veneers and all porcelain crowns we were able to transform her teeth and give her a more youthful smile.

Our patient was unhappy with her crowded smile and wanted to straighten her teeth before graduation. She wanted straighter teeth but didn’t want to wear traditional metal braces. After 6 months of Invisalign clear aligners along with tray whitening she was able to achieve her goal just in time for senior pictures.

If you’ve ever seen teeth with a dark line at the gum line then chances are that person has what’s called a PFM crown (Porcelain-fused-to-metal). PFM crowns are the hallmark of dental crowns. They’ve been around for ages and they are a wonderful service to our patients. However, when used in the front of the smile, over time the gums can recede exposing a dark metal collar.

This patient came to us because for her entire life she was embarrassed to smile. She was a wonderful patient who always felt held back because of her teeth. Sporadic dental care throughout her life had left her with only a few remaining top teeth. She suffered from a deep overbite as well as an excessive protruded maxilla (top jaw). After her top teeth were removed, her top jaw was re-contoured and a denture was fabricated. She left the same day of surgery with her denture so she never had to experience any time without teeth.
This case was such a ...

Our patient was unhappy with the dark stain left behind from his old silver fillings. Silver fillings have stood the test of time…however, their dark appearance will eventually stain teeth leaving them dark and unnatural. In a single visit, we replaced his silver fillings with composite resin to eliminate stain and restore his teeth to their natural appearance.

This patient came to us because she wanted a brighter smile. Her front teeth used to have a small gap in the middle so her previous dentist bonded her two front teeth to close her space. She was concerned with the dull appearance of her front teeth, the enlarged gums between her front teeth, and also the overall shade of her smile. For her case, we selected to place 6 ultrathin porcelain veneers on her front teeth along with teeth whitening (bleaching), as well as minor gum re-contouring. She was very pleased with the result!
